Weekly Wrap-Up April 4th-10th

This week I managed to finish 4 books. I'm in the middle of 2 others, so you guys will see them next week. I've been reading a lot of e-books lately; which 3 of these are.

Ricochet(Addicted #1.5) by Krista & Becca Ritchie ****
This was a really good look at how Lily is dealing being without Lo. Learning to take control of her addiction without her co-dependent relationship. It's a tough read at times but I think the Ritchie sisters showcased addiction in all its reality; the ups and downs.

Addicted For Now(Addicted #2) by Krista and Becca Ritchie ****
Now that Lo is back from rehab he feels he's in better standing to help Lily. What I love most about this series is the group dynamics. The 6 in the group are so close, everything is shared. The others just want Lo and Lily to be healthy and stable. And they are willing to do anything to help them achieve that. It's really endearing. Addiction is no joke, and the Ritchie sisters do their job showing how it doesn't just affect the addicts life. It's part of their close friends and families too.

Kiss the Sky(Calloway Sisters #1, Addicted #2.1) by Krista and Becca Ritchie ****.5
Rose and Connor! YES! They're like my new OTP. God, they're brilliant together. The bickering and fighting is so worth it to see them make-up. I loved this book. Cannot wait to get another Rose and Connor fix.

Simon vs the Homo Sapiens Agenda by Becky Albertalli *****
THIS! I'm still smiling. This book is absolutely a feel good, makes you warm and fuzzy book. There is so much right about this book. My heart is literally bursting with joy and cuteness. Simon and Blue are absolutely adorable and real. I'm not gay, but it didn't mean what they talked about in their emails didn't resonate with my teenage self. Even my adult self. Everything is pure perfection and I will be pushing this book on every friend, family member and stranger I can. READ THIS BOOK IF YOU WANT TO FEEL SO MUCH HAPPINESS!

What did you guys read this week?

Happy reading!

Brittany
