Ah! It's been such an insane week at work. As soon as I hang up the phone it rings again. Some one walks into the office. Makes it hard to have any energy or time to do anything. *pats blog on shoulder* But business is business. I'm happy we have less than a week left in January. Can see the light at the end of the wintery tunnel.

The Book of Ivy(The Book of Ivy #1) by Amy Engel: There's a billion great reviews and hype on this one. So I've fallen into it.
Spy Glass(Glass #3) by Maria V Snyder: This trilogy is the only books I've yet to read by Snyder. I have no idea why I haven't gotten to them yet. But I will change that shortly.
Cinderella or the Little Glass Slipper by Charles Perrault & Camille Rose Garcia: I absolutely adore these illustrated editions. Beautiful. So when I saw Cinderella was being released I pre-ordered it.

I've heard some mixed things about The Book of Ivy, so I'll definitely be looking forward to seeing what you think. I need to get around to reading Seraphina soon! I love those illustrated editions! I think the Alice in Wonderland one is my favourite.
It's been on my bookcase for about a year and a half now. THE MAZE RUNNER! It's not out here for another two weeks I think.

ReplyDeleteI want My Bibliofile! It looks so delightfully bookish. The illustrated fairytales are gorgeous so I'm sure you'll enjoy them! Hope next week is a bit calmer so you can relax a bit. Hate hectic craziness. I rewatched John's wedding on Sherlock (tears at the speech) so the last episode is getting watched this week if it kills me! I'll let you know as soon as I watch it!
