Showcase Sunday #89

Showcase Sunday is a weekly meme held by Books, Biscuits and Tea. It allows fellow bloggers to show off any books or bookish things they've compiled over the week.

So been a while. How's everyone's start to fall? I'm a summer girl, but there's something about crisp sweater weather that calls to me too.
As some of you were aware I was in Europe these past 10 days. Went to Prague and Vienna. Both are as beautifully stunning as imagined. Although pictures can never do justice. Shameless plug; you can check out my Instragram for said pictures. I love Europe for its history. It's so hard to imagine that buildings I was stepping into were built as early as 900AD. Canada is an infant. We don't have the rich history that you get over there. I love it.
Although it was quite on the blog front for the past two weeks, my book acquiring sure didn't mirror that. The obvious favourite new additions are my Harry Potter purchases. I wanted meaningful souvenirs from my trip and what better than to add to my Harry collection. I was also somehow lucky enough to receive two highly anticipated 2016 releases. Which I will gobble up soon time.

  1. I like summer temperatures but by the end of summer I'm ready for sweaters and boots. I like fall clothing better than summer clothing! But it's been cold for 3 days here and I'm already tired of being cold. You definitely did good on new books and I love the autographed ones. I still get excited when I get an autographed book!
