(Bi)Weekly Wrap-Up March 26th-April 8th

On the slower side of reading these past two weeks. Kind of been watching all The Netflix/binging The Office. Forgot how much Pam and Jim = #relationshipgoals.
Anyhow, I did mange to read five books. Three being e-books; one e-ARC and one novella in there. And two physical books; one being an ARC.

Undecided by Julianna Keyes *****
Review here.

Dear Thing by Julie Cohen ****
Review here.

Half Lost(Half Bad #3) by Sally Green ****
What the hell am I supposed to say after that? Not only am incapable of writing something coherent, also any little thing will be a spoiler. I am not surprised by the events that went down because I just knew Sally Green had it out for her readers hearts. But that doesn't mean I am not an absolute mess right now. I love this trilogy in all it's dark and bleak glory. Nathan, my cuddle shark, and Gabriel, my sweet cupcake, I love you.

Forever Pucked(Pucked #4) by Helena Hunting ****
Forever Pucked is everything I expected it to be. Violet is utterly ridiculous. Alex is his sensitive alpha male self. There is crude talk and a lot of TMI between characters. Plus MC and beaver literally tied the knot. So pretty much I loved it.

The Lost Herondale(Tales from the Shadowhunter Academy #2) by Cassandra Clare ***
Better than the first one. Starting to see some of the Simon I remember from the books. But it's still not the same and can't be if Clare isn't writing the story. Another author cannot capture her characters. And it shows, easily, that that's the case here.

  1. I love your nail polish color! So pretty. All your instagram pictures are gorgeous and I'm in serious bookstore envy over that first pic. 5 books is fantastic! My weekly average is embarrassingly low but I have hopes of it improving. Have a great week!

    1. Essence. $2..99. Probably cheaper at a Target for you.
Thank you! IG is definitely my favourite social media site. I'm not a person to care about taking pictures. Exception books. Clearly.
You put up enough reviews to make it seem otherwise. Lol.
      Have a great week, too!

  3. Oh your dogs are so cute! I like to take photos of mine for Instagram too, even though I'm still new on there - www.instagram.com/laurenashleybecker

Looks like you've been reading some nice books though! I went to the Penguin Teen Tour as well, and it was a lot of fun. They were so funny.
