Showcase Sunday #92

Showcase Sunday is a weekly meme held by Books, Biscuits and Tea. It allows fellow bloggers to show off any books or bookish things they've compiled over the week.

Hey friends. I know it's been quiet around here, and unfortunately it'll probably stay like that for the rest of the year. I'll have some reviews go up and such. But 2016 will be when I'm back to the more frequent posting. It is what it is.
Soooo lots of fantastic books to show off. I've read quite a bit of them, which YAY! Some of the physical ones were ones I've read and loved as e-books so of course I need physical copies. I'm slowly buying through my long list of those books(read e-book need physical). Plus Winter was finally released. So of course I bought and devoured it. And if you saw my post from yesterday then you know how much I love it!

  1. I actually bought Soundless and Winter yesterday too! Woo! I've been craving some Richelle Mead and I can't wait to read Winter! I really need to get a physical copy of Wicked. The Krisa & Becca Ritchie books sound really good.

    Happy reading :D

    1. Winter!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! <3 Hopefully we can get to Soundless this year. It's so short.
It was kind of expensive for a physical copy of Wicked($20). But I know that's because it's a self-pub. And I just needed it on my shelf.
The Addicted series is amazing!! I was telling you about earlier this year. I believe you have Addicted to You on Kindle because it was free. :)

  2. Soundless looks gorgeous and I love all the Lunar Chronicles covers but Winter might me my favorite. And another Armentrout! This looks like a fantastic book haul this week. I'm trying to really focus on my reading and cut down on my TBR and review books but so far my results are definitely mixed. Have a great week!

    1. The Lunar Chronicles do have amazing kind of simplistic covers. Fits so well with the awesomeness that is the story.
Always more Armentrout. I've read this one though. I just finally got around to picking up a physical copy.
I get yah. I wish it was easy to just look at my shelf and realize that there is absolutely no need for me to buy any books. But alas, that is not how us book hoarders go about things. :)

  3. Oh, the Addicted series books... I always get giddy when I see those. :) I'm practically frothing at the mouth for Long Way Down to be released on Friday. Unfortunately they don't do pre-orders so I'll have to wait until Friday to order it. And Wicked... loved that one. Wish the second in the series would come out already!

    1. :D To buy the physical books, for us in Canada at least, is kind of expensive. The first book was $20. But I love the series so much, so of course I need them on my shelves. I'm just going to have to buy them slowly; collect them slowly.
Three more days until LWD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! AHHHH!! I was reading their tumblr, and they said they don't do pre-orders because then they have to send the book off to Amazon 10 days before release and they don't like doing that in case they want to tweak anything last minute.
Wicked is one of my fave JLA books(although that's hard to really say). Glad to finally pick up the physical book. I believe the second book comes out in February. So close yet so far. :)

    2. Wow, had no idea that books were pricier there. That pretty much sucks. :( $20 for a paperback... ugh. Glad to hear that the follow up to Wicked isn't too far off!
