Showcase Sunday #59

Showcase Sunday is a weekly meme held by Books, Biscuits and Tea. It allows fellow bloggers to show off any books or bookish things they've compiled over the week.

November, ahhh! I saw flurries yesterday morning. Not cool, yo. Not cool. It also means no sugar and carbs. This is what I do in November since December brings a lot of both. Wish me luck. :S
There's not a ridiculous amount of new releases this month, so I'm really going to try by best to slow down on the buying, especially when I gots to start buying Christmas presents. This week did bring in a few(two new releases). But I'm happy to say I've already read about half of these.
The most exciting bit of #bookporn is the new Harry Potter covers I've acquired. My plan was to buy one book a month. That didn't happen. I bought all 7 throughout October. I regret nothing. They're perfect and perhaps my favourite editions. I now have three complete HP sets. They really need to stop coming out with beautiful new covers every year #justtakemymoney Just kidding. Keep them coming.

Purchased

All Broke Down(Rusk University #2) by Cora Carmack: Already read it. Already loved it. Silas...Sigh. <3

Talon(Talon #1) by Julie Kagawa: Had this one on pre-order. Love me some Kagawa. Super excited to see what she does with dragons.

Let It Snow by John Green, Maureen Johnson & Lauren Myracle: Surprisingly I haven't read this. But I will be rectifying that next month.

  3. Ooh... I didn't realise Julie Kagawa had a new book out, much less that it was about dragons and looks THAT pretty. There goes my book buying ban!

I adored Between the Lines, by the way. Such a lovely book :)
